Comfortable condo in the perfect location. Great communication from owner. Space was exactly what we needed although we were out and about most of the time. Walking distance to bars and restaurants makes this a great location. Comfy bed and great view from balcony. Highly recommend!

Beautiful sunrise and sunset views over the Sea of Cortez. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchenware. It is well maintained and well furniture. It felt like home. The owner was great and checked in with us to make sure our needs were met. We will definitely stay there again.

Alex place is beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean and the resort. His balcony and furniture are great for relaxing. He's a great host and the resort is amazing with lots of amenities, a swim up bar heated pool. We will definitely go back!

Our host, Alessandro was excellent! A few days prior to arriving, he texted information and a warm welcome! When we arrived in Mexico we were in an area we were not familiar with. We texted Alessandro, and he was reassuring and helpful with directionsl! He also recommended restaurants, bars, and where to have a super cold beer! We are definitely going to book at the properties he owns, we were very pleased and enjoyed my husbands birthday, thoroughly!

Alessandro was attentive reached out before our trip. Gave us his direct line to contact him in case we had any questions or concerns. Condo was great and very clean! Had only one issue with sliding glass door reached out and he had someone in our room in under 20 mins to repair. Great experience will be recommending!!!

If you’re new to Rocky Point or if you’re a veteran, Alessandro is your guy! He is a wonderful host with great communication and tons of knowledge about the city so if you have any questions, contact him directly and he’ll get back to you promptly. This Sonoran Sea condo has a perfect view and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The security guards on duty are all really sweet and always around keeping an eye on things. This resort is one of my favorites and I’ll be renting from Alex anytime I need a place to stay in Peñasco! Lastly, he has a really awesome 4 person UTV you can rent from 9am-5pm. Ask him about it, that thing is rad!

Alessandro's place is perfect for a weekend getaway. Views were perfect from the patio - looking out to the beautiful beach, amazing waves and relaxing sunrises and sunsets. You are steps away from the beach with all of the activities that go along with it: massages, handmade drinks, waverunners and banana boat. The Sonoran Sea also has a reasonable, delicious buffet for breakfast (8am-noon) in case you don't feel like traveling too far for a hearty breakfast. Alessandro's place has everything you could need and more: fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dishes - even a blender. The whole place was perfectly clean. Patio had table, chairs and even a lounge chair of you wanted to rest a little after playing in the waves. The Sonoran Sea is also great because it's tucked away from the 'in town' crowd but still has plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Our condo was even nicer than advertised.. clean, well appointed, with a spectacular view. The staff at the resort were friendly and worked hard to keep it spotless. Alessandro was a super host... communicating with us daily to see if we needed anything, and giving us great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience! This was our first time renting through Airbnb and first time in rocky point! Alessandro answered all our question for us! The condo was absolutely perfect! The bed was comfy and AMAZING view! Plus we loved that it was so close to Wrecked at the reef! We will definitely be coming back!

Had an incredible time! Alessandro’s condo was even nicer than the photos, a new walk in shower has been added. Bed was super comfortable and all the linens smelled fresh. Condo was exceptionally clean. Check-in to check-out, the process was smooth and Alessandro was immediately available to answer any questions- communication was stellar! We’ll definitely stay here next time we visit.
